Nevah Barc ~ Short walk to shops and jetty!

NEVAH BARC is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests and is only a short walk to the shops and jetty.

Open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (BYO Pods). Lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioner, flat screen TV and DVD, CD player and radio.

Bathroom with vanity, shower and full size bath, separate w/c.

Laundry with washing machine, spare small fridge and chest freezer.

Gas BBQ with hood in undercover outdoor area with outdoor setting, secure yard.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Ardrossan is a historic port popular with holiday makers for its fishing, beaches and laidback lifestyle. Less than two hours drive from Adelaide, the seaside farming town is the perfect base to discover the Yorke Peninsula.
Walk down the main street where you’ll find the famed Ardrossan bakery, cafes and boutique stores to explore.
Explore the town’s rich history at the Ardrossan museum, cast a line off the jetty or rake the low tides for local delicacies like blue swimmer crabs.

Nightly tariffs- cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$180 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$160 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$140 per night

Good location

Nice place to stay with everything we needed. Communication was good with what we had to bring, eg linen, food etc. The only thing that spoilt it was the smell. I think a rat or mouse must have died so the stench when we got there was 🤢 I'm sure that was a one off incident bc there was no reference to smell in the reviews. We did have to clean off the dead bugs from the window sills. We still had a great time, just opened all the windows and bought plug in air fresheners.

A great getaway

We were very impressed with this property, it ended up being better than what we expected from the photos. One suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress protectors, they were looking like they had seen better days.

This place is absolutely bliss it is the perfect getaway for anyone The house is well set out with a games room to keep everyone occupied It is close to shops and jetty and is quiet and peaceful. Location ok , house very dated , bedding very poor . House not inviting . Could not recommend to anyone and wouldn’t stay there again . Came from interstate and had to bring own sheets and towels . Luckily I had sister living there so she provided them . I grew up in Ardrossan and was disappointed with the house that you would expect people to pay that kind of money for it . Sorry but you need to do some improvements especially the beds and bedding .

This property offered everything you could want in a holiday home on the Yorke Peninsula. Spacious living and entertaining areas, with everything on hand. Walking distance to the town centre or jetty for the energetic.

Good experience, however we were disappointed that the pool table was in a bad state and all of the cues had no tips on the end. A roomy place, good amenities could do with a deep clean. Very close to main street, jetty and beach area, and the walking trail.

Relaxing holiday

Relaxing holiday. Hoilday house had it all the games room was good for the kids. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids Location Was great. Nice bbq was a bonus. The only thing I would recommend is the house to have a good clean for example kitchen cupboards most definitely the window seals and the cobwebs in the hallway About for that was a lovely holiday house.

Great spot

Great house for a stay in Ardrossan. Close to the esplanade and short walk/drive to the shops/pub/bakery. Plenty of space, with three bedrooms, big lounge, dining, kitchen, and a separate games room out the back.
