Charming

We really enjoyed our holiday at Rita's apartment. The house was very comfortable, clean and nice decorated. There was a wasmachine, and all the sleeping rooms have airconditioning. The children loved the swimming pool, they made use of it every day. The location is nicely and quiet, lot of grass and trees away from the busy cities. Location was also well located, not too far from highway. Also very nice was that the owner and her family leaved next door. So for questions she was always available. Rita thank you for your hospitality. Regards from Roy, Gillian and family from The Netherlands.

Wir wollten einen Urlaub in diesem Eigentum in der besonders schönen Gegend verbringen. Ein sehr ernster Grund hat uns dazu verhindert. Ich möchte auf diesem Wege der Gastgeberin danken, die sehr freundlich war und uns vor dem Mieten einen Besuch erlaubt hat, wobei sie sehr pünktlich war (wir können sagen: deutsche Pünktlichkeit) und mehr noch, sie hat die unpassende Situation für einen Urlaub wegen den erschienenen Problemen verstanden und hat uns die Garantie vollständig erstattet. Wir hoffen, hier einen Urlaub von mindestens einer Woche in diesem Sommer verbringen zu können. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! oktavean

Paradise in Italy

Our holiday at Rita's property was great! The appartment L'Araldo was very spacious, clean and authentic. Our three children (9,8,7) enjoyed the pool enormously, we loved the great loungebeds. And then the extra's: wine and olive oil from the property, lovely cats and one night Rita made lasagne for all the guests! We definitely will come again!

superbes accueil et lieu

Nous avons passé trois semaines superbes dans l'appartement Il saracino (le plus grand de cette propriété) très agréable et confortable. L'accueil de Rita est chaleureux et sympathique, plein de petites attentions. Rita est toujours disponible pour donner des conseils de visites, de transport, restaurants etc… La piscine et le parc sont parfaitement entretenus et enchanteurs. La propriété est très bien située près de la charmante et très vivante ville d'Arezzo qui vaut vraiment de s'y promener jour et nuit! Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété.

Une superbe propriété

De très belles vacances en Toscane. La propriété est très jolie, calme; la piscine est superbe. L'appartement était conforme aux photos et même mieux en vrai! très propre. L'accueil de Rita est parfait; elle est très disponible, très sympa et toujours prête pour donner de bons conseils. La situation de la location est très bien pour visiter la Toscane. Petit coin de Paradis

Notre séjour a été idyllique : appartement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé, joliment décoré avec vue sur la campagne et les champs de tournesols. Accueil assorti d’un bouteille de vin et d’une corbeille de fruits. Des propriétaires charmants, habitant sur place, toujours disponibles pour donner un bon conseil d’activité. Nous avons alterné, avec notre fille de 10 ans, les journées de visite (Florence, Sienne, Pienza….) et les temps plus calme à la ferme où nous avons profité de la très agréable piscine au milieu d’un beau jardin fleuri, de déjeuners dans le jardin... Rita a aussi gentiment proposé un diner commun entre les différents locataires en fin de semaine. Un vrai petit paradis pour son calme et sa beauté. Merci à Rita son mari et leur fille pour leur accueil (sans oublier les chats !;-))

un vrai gite !!

déjà octobre et nous pensons encore à cette magnifique semaine dans le gite de "Rita" !! un accueil parfait,piscine très jolie et impeccable, jardin charmant. site calme et très bien entretenu, proche d'Arezzo qui est une ville très intéressante.un seul petit bémol : le niveau d'équipements est parfois un peu juste dans le gite (sanitaires très propres mais exigus) En tout cas nous REVIENDRONS avec plaisir. famille Forey. Une semaine très agréable...

Une semaine très agréable. Logement conforme à la description, confortable, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine qui est aussi super agréable. Rita est disponible pour vous aider :conseil de balades, chaise haute pour bébé etc...

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Idéalement placé en Toscane à la campagne, tout en étant proche de la ville. Accueil sympa et piscine nécessaire à cette saison. Pour nous, séjour très agréable et envisageons d'y retourner.
