Fantastic little gem

Dario was there to greet us and explain the Italian recycling process, provided directions to the corner grocer and the darling coffee shop with terrific bakery. The ticket station was nearby and we easily caught a ferry to and from Bellagio. Highly recommend that excursion.

Diese Wohnung muss dringend repariert werden da sie eine Zumutung für Kunden ist!!!!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren! Ich möchte hier diese Plattform kurz nutzen, um unsere Eindrücke von der Ferienwohnung Ventone, die wir vom 11.08. - 21.08.2022 in Argegno gebucht haben, mitzuteilen. Die Wohnung entspricht dem, was man im Internet angeboten bekommt (Räumlichkeiten). Jedoch ist es falsch eine 90 m² anzubieten, die sich als maximale Größe von gerade mal 60 m² entpuppt. Hier liegt definitiv eine Fehlinformation vor. Wahrscheinlich wurden die Aussenanlagen irgendwie dazu gerechnet...zumindest wäre das eine Idee woher die große Quadratmeterzahl herkommen könnte. Weiter sind in der Ferienwohnung Dinge die im Angebot stehen, nicht vorhanden und auch auf Anfrage vom Vermieter unbeantwortet geblieben. Es fehlte klar eine Kaffeemachine, so dass Kaffee ausser einen 1 Mann Kaffeemaker, grundsätzlich nur erschwert möglich gewesen ist. (Nicht mal eine Wasserkanne, wo ich hätte ersatzweise verwenden können, waren nicht vorhanden). Dann herscht in der Wohnung absoluter Minimalismus. Es ist Geschirr nur für drei Leute da, obwohl hier mit maximal 4 Personen beworben wird. Das Besteck ist zum Teil so kaputt gewesen, dass Messer auseinander fielen. Kochutensilien sollten am besten mitgebracht werden da dies dort absolut unterstes Niveau hat. Weiter stellten wir auch fest, dass in der Wohnung Schäden vorhanden waren, die ich nicht verstehen konnte, dass man dies zu gegebener Zeit nicht ordentlich wieder hätte reparieren können. - In der Küche war ein Licht am Abzug defekt - Im Bad war am Licht am Spiegel von vier Lampen drei defekt zum Teil abgebrochen und so sichtbar defekt, dass man dies hätte sehen müssen - Im WC war der Klodeckel nicht richtig montiert, dass man regelrecht von der Schüssel gefallen ist wenn man sie verwendete - Handtuchhalter lösten sich von der Wand, also da konnte man nichts draufhängen - Whrlpool funktionierte jedoch ist es ein Problem, was der Reinigung des Systems angeht. Wenn Sie den Whirlpool anmachen kommt komplett dreckiges und übel stinkendes Wasser aus den Rohren bis das Rohrsystem wieder mit frischem Wasser durchgespült wurde.(!!!???) - WLAN funktionierte nur zum Teil oder gar nicht - Kaltes Wasser in der Wohnung plötzlich - Stromausfall am Sicherungskasten indem es den FI heraushaute ohne erkennbaren Grund Dies ist leider nicht alles aber man erkennt schon wo die Probleme liegen.

Très bien situé mais à améliorer au niveau du confort

Pros: L emplacement car on peut tout faire à pieds, plage, téléphérique, bateau.... Le jacuzzi dans la salle de bain c est top 👍 Cons: Il n y avait quasiment aucun outils de cuisine, juste 3 couverts ,3 assiettes, pas de ciseaux, pas de gros couteaux en bon état Et une éponge déjà utilisée... La literie était horrible ... Mon dos en souffre encore! et il n y a pas de rideaux occultants donc compliqué le matin surtout pour la personne sur le canapé lit en face de la porte d entrée

Super Lage, Kleine Mängel

Wirklich schöne Lage, das Zimmer hat leider nicht ganz die Erwartungen erfüllt - die Aussicht vom Balkon (der leider nicht direkt vom Zimmer erreichbar ist) ist mittlerweile verbaut. Außerdem handelt es sich bei dem Whirlpool gleichzeitig auch um die Dusche. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen!
