“Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. ”

However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place. Las personas que lo atienden son muy amables, tiene una vista muy bonita a las montañas, transporte gratuito a algunas atracciones. “The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited……

“The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes.……

“Really lovely stay. Hotel itself is really nice & really convenient. The ski-in, ski-out access is a real winner- you’re literally on the slopes in minutes. We rented all our ski equipment from the shop onsite which was so convenient and our ski passes were waiting for us at reception upon arrival.
