「Apartment was clean and well furnished. I had trouble finding the right garage entrance thanks to Apple Maps but the owner helped me over the phone, I appreciated that. The bed was pretty squeaky but that’s a small issue I got over very quickly. I liked the bathroom very much, water pressure was great. Would stay here again if I needed to be in Addison.」

「This property is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Denton area. It’s extremely easy to get to and right off the interstate. The property is really clean and taken care of. We enjoyed the squirrels and birds using the feeders right outside the window the following morning. Highly recommended!」

「Nice and quiet area with a nice balcony on the 3rd floor. It's a centralized location so everything is within 15-30 mins with the Dallas traffic. Plenty of local restaurants and places to go. We will rebook this place again in the near future!」

「Spent 4 nights here and found everything to be exactly as described. The apartment was very clean and easy to get to. Legacy Village (and lots of shopping and dining) are a short ride away. There’s also a few restaurants and a great coffee shop that’s very close and walkable. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「Tenants there were very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean. There were lots of shops to visit. Places we wanted to go were within range. We are from California it was easy to get around nothing was too far. We will stay here again on our next trip」

「It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again.」

There was another issue that couldn't be address due to communication not being specific on their end. The text communication was quick but not always accurate. I was notified after booking was already confirmed that there was construction on premises and please excuse some "dust" but the maintenance being done was unfortunately disruptive to each morning & two nights of major...

「It is a nice apartment, outfitted with everything one would need. On the downside, we found the bed to be not so firm. It was also quite challenging to find. One has to navigate a bit of a maze. Pictures of the various doors and access points would help. 」

「I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...
