「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel. Les points + : chambre très spacieuse et très jolie. Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). 「Top-Hotel mit Essensmöglichkeiten, Pool im 5 Stock mit Bar, Pool im unteren Bereich. Zimmer sehr sauber - danke an Marguerita; Service gegen Abend nochmals möglich=sehr zuvorkommend. Da wir früh am Morgen abreisten konnten wir Frühstück ins Zimmer oder Picknick wählen - das mitgenommene Picknick war erstklassig (nur einen Löffel für das Yoguhrt und Früchte mussten wir am Flughafen besorgen).」

「El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que...

Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. 「We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.」
