Easy walk down to the dock (20 steps) with 2 boat slips (10' x 28') available for guest's use, as well as a swim platform. There is one boat lift available - V-hull. Dock has power available and also 2 PWC ports for jet skis or other personal water craft. There is one canoe at the dock. Downstairs, guests can play foosball. Also large screen tv and couch in basement.

Spacious living room and dining area. 65" inch Smart TV with a DVD player. Bring your own DVD's. Dining area seats 8, with additional seating at the bar (4) and also outside table on the deck seats 6.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
