"The staff, especially Carlos was amazing. He went up and beyond for customer care. He was very professional, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Any questions or inquires, Carlos always was there for me and my husband to help. The hotel room was also very clean and always cleaned to high standard. The breakfast was good. Minus point for the hotel was that there was no balcony. And also if you went up to the roof terrace pool, there was no pool bar or restaurant to have a nice lunch or a pint. "

"Excellent stay at the Ona Beverly Hills Suites. Spotless room, grounds, pool area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, plenty of variety. A big mention to Brigada, the lady who works in the courtyard restaurant area. Hopefully I’ve got her name right! Very nice lady, as are all the staff we came across. Definitely recommend and will return."

"I came for four nights in January with a couple of friends and we loved it here. The staff are all lovely, the apartments are spacious and very clean. We only paid for the breakfast so cant comment on the rest of the food but I was inpressed by the breakfast, there was absolutely loads of choice. It was handy to then be able to prepare our lunch in the apartment and eat out in the evenings. The pool is a good size and i love that theres a little private beach too. Loved it and would 100% come again"
