“My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that.……

“clean room, friendly staff, breakfast. The only thing was in July would have been nice to be able to use the pool which was not open and looked really dirty, hot tub looked like they were doing maintenance?? Not the hotels fault but room above had kids running around and jumping until almost midnight.”

“The breakfast was amazing. The bed mattress was better then most hotels. My major complaint is when they say that they have a ADA hotel room they should really have one. The shower didn't have a chair to sit on. My mom had to use her personal walker to sit in the shower. The chairs/ couch in the room could have been easier to get out of for being ADA. The room could have been set up better for someone with physical disabilities.”

“Almost spotless hotel, and I am a clean freak!! Even down to thresholds at entrances. Pool was very nice, and I had it all to myself. The best location in Tyler, by mistake we went to wrong location and was SOoo happy it was not our Fairfield!! Stayed 5 nights, staff knew us by name and watching them they worked excellent as a Team!! Came to Tyler to pick up horses, and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!!”

“All staff and accommodations were excellent, including guest services like the pool, laundry, and exercise facility. Breakfast was great. I really love Home to suites because of the living kitchen and seating areas. I was there for a week and didn’t feel claustrophobic like a regular hotel can sometimes feel.”

“Great stay. Clean facilities, comfy bed, great a/c, good breakfast. Note that there is NO pool after their remodel. (Google Maps still shows pictures of the pool.) Chili's and Wing Stop are within short walking distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pillows were a little strange, they're square, but there are lots of them. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar soaps are provided. USB A charging (x2) on both sides of the bed along with reading lights. Night light in the bathroom.……

“My husband, son, and I recently stayed here for a college visit. We checked in late on a Wednesday night, about 9:30. The front desk guy was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room, everything looked great. However, after getting ready for bed, I walked past the a/c and it was leaking and the carpet was all wet. I called the front desk, and he said "thanks for letting us know." My husband thought it was odd, because there was A LOT of water on the floor. A few minutes……
