「Best host ever. SOOOO KIND.Perfectly, in the middle of nowhere away from the noise and peaceful with cowbells in the distance. Take your food with you. There are no stores or pharmacies near and the drive to the chalet is treacherous with switchbacks. The restaurant Griselda? had wonderful owners and staff and is 5 minutes by car. The polenta with chicken was my favorite. The Lake Arpy hike is easy and beautiful. The other hikes range from flat to challenging.Take shampoo, conditioner and...

「We absolutely loved and enjoyed our three nights here! We were doing TMB and had one rest day in Courmayeur, then the next day we hiked past Bonatti to ARP Nouvaz 29 bus, shuttled back to Maison La Saxe for one more night. It was super easy! The breakfast here is so fun, each morning we were warmly greeted and our place setting was waiting for us. We even got to celebrate their 10 year anniversary celebration of Maison La Saxe with them! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be treated...
