“This is one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel is fresh and new. The spa and pool are amazing. Better yet, the staff is absolutely exceptional- they are all very friendly and looking to make your stay perfection. They really go over and above! We got a lot of recommendations on things to do and restaurants to eat at from the staff members. They even packed a breakfast for us to go because we had to leave early for our flight the last day. “Reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars, I must honestly say the service is not up to my standard. Everything else is amazing. Staff/service: staff are all friendly and nice, but as someone who paid $1,000 euros for one night, my expectation is high. My main issue with them is the villa we stayed at, the first night after our long journey from Palma, we did not have hot water. I called front desk, someone came, couldn’t fix it. “Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best……

“Die Finca liegt gut 1 km von Artà entfernt, das man man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist für den Einkauf (Trinkwasser) hilfreich. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Man kann gut draußen sitzen. Zu hören sind nur die Tiere, es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, nur wenig Autoverkehr. Trotz teilweise schlechtem Wetter (Regen, Bewölkung) hat der Strom für uns gereicht. Bei Regen fehlte uns allerdings ein überdachter Außenbereich - die Ausrichtung ist eher auf schönes……

“Die Finca ist sehr schön mit liebevoller Einrichtung und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist nett angelegt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar. Leider war die Küche weder gut ausgestattet (z.B. kein Schneidemesser, sehr veraltetes Inventar) noch gut geputzt.”
