“Property and room were extremely clean, well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. And any questions we had were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. ”

“There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants.”

“I have stayed at Modern several times and it's such a great stay. The staff is accommodating and the property is quiet and close to everything. Few mins walk to the beach and Marriott high rise and Ritz. Beautiful outdoor oasis. ”

The outdoor experience alone feels worth it, and the common areas carry that same upscale energy throughout. But the rooms don’t match. The bathroom is outdated and the lighting is dim throughout, which kills the luxury feel the moment you walk in. For what I paid expecting an upgrade from the Marriott Stellaris, the room itself was a……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
