The staff was amazing but the place was dirty and old. Sheets didn’t appear clean, bathrooms had very old corroded fixtures and lighting was terrible. The woman at the front desk was lovely. Very accommodating and they even got up to make us breakfast at 4am.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They had a restaurant and grocery store. We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the airport. We got to JRO late and left early the next morning. It worked for us.

Property description said mall area, not true. This area is more of a truck and rest stop. Nothing nearby. Impossible to get taxi at night. Room was clean and large. People were very nice and staff extremely willing to meet any requests although language was a barrier.

The washroom was not welcoming. Just one towel was provided and it was pretty worn out and said towel has been in use for several years. I don’t plan on using the facility for future visits and will not recommend it for future visits

Terrible smells

There was a terrible smell in the bath room, I thought I was going to be sick . Smelt like coming fr the drains.Thank goodness it was only one night. I did complain but it was too late at night to start moving our belongings. Plus a big whole in my bed sheet.
