Super Apartment

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Sie war genauso wie beschrieben sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr gut Empfang pünktlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und von da aus sind Ausflüge gut zu gestalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Simona hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und gab uns sehr gute Tipps für unsere Unternehmungen insbesondere Locations und auch Strände

L’esperienza a Casa Cobalto è stata davvero positiva! L’accoglienza, la disponibilità e i consigli di Simona sono stati eccezionali. La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle foto ed era molto pulita e arredata con molta cura nei dettagli. L’alloggio si trova in una posizione strategica e tranquilla a pochi passi sia dal mare che dai due supermercati. La casa è molto fresca e ben arieggiata e dispone anche di tre condizionatori. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la terrazza, davvero funzionale per le cene all’aria aperta. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità! Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio!

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per 6 giorni, la casa è molto bella ,pulita e organizzata,il terrazzo è la vera chicca della casa, vista mozzafiato e ben riparatoria in caso di vento. Stefania è stata super disponibile e reperibile in qualsiasi evenienza. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi che per tutto il soggiorno non ha funzionato Consiglierei a chiunque questo appartamento per la bellezza e praticità, il supermercato è a 2 minuti a piedi

Gerne helfe ich dir mit einer Bewertung: Tolle Unterkunft mit super Betreuung! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Cannigione. Obwohl wir Giulia, die Besitzerin, nicht persönlich getroffen haben, war Simona, die die Unterkunft betreut, unglaublich hilfsbereit und flexibel. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und sie gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände in der Umgebung. Sie war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung selbst ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und war perfekt ausgestattet – es gab alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten, wie Kühlboxen und Sonnenschirme. Wir haben uns sowohl in der Wohnung als auch in der Umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Sadly disappointing and vastly overpriced...

Sadly, we didn't have a great experience and write this to inform other families. The description is very misleading and the photos edit out the adjacent supermarket which can be noisy. The balcony looks out over it's car park. The apartment is fine in ways and Cannigione has some good restaurants. The beaches nearby are good, but everything from sunbeds to snacks are heavily overpriced. We chose the apartment as it was advertised as 'ideal for families', but we found it is managed to outweigh the needs of the owners, before the needs of guests, and the facilities always fell short of making it ideal in anyway. A combination of many little things made living there harder than being at home and less of a holiday. Thankfully we had a 2nd week booked elsewhere, which made up for the disappointment, but also reinforced how low the standard was in Cannigione. 2 equally priced apartments, 2 vastly different experiences, especially for the kids. We were happy to leave, but to add insult to injury, within 1 hour of leaving, an unfriendly email and fine for €50 was sent for leaving recycling behind. Apparently, a house rule is to take ALL your rubbish with you. They state bins are nearby, but there certainly are not and no directions are given. We had cleaned respectfully and put the organic waste out, as per the daily instructions. My wife even carried a bin liner with it's stinking contents on her knee until we found somewhere we could deposit it. All we left was clean recycling and paper as we thought this reasonable. Nothing that would smell. The reason given for the fine was: "The waste must now be taken to a waste disposal point, which is very time-consuming." So why not use the bins nearby? Because they don't exist. This cynical policy should be reviewed for future guests. Overall we found it grossly overpriced. This list should be addressed to make even a slight improvement, but it still wouldn't be worth the money. We requested a high chair. It was forgotten and not provided for 24 hrs. No linen provided for the cot. 2 irons. 1 doesn't work, another leaks. No ironing board. 2 hairdryers. 1 doesn't work, the other is filthy and sticky. The wifi doesn't work. No dishwasher as advertised. No drainer for washing up. The water is dangerously hot and children must be supervised when using any tap. No cleaning products provided. BBQ doesn’t work. Cool boxes dirty with old beer cans inside. We wouldn't return.

Appartamento spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli, posizione ottima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa. Le persone che gestiscono la prenotazione sono davvero state speciali. Unica considerazione da fare, ma che può essere anche di aiuto a loro, è che il pavimento era un po’ sporco. Ma nel complesso giudizio ottimo!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Schöne große Wohnung in toller Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Fast perfekt! Kleinigkeiten können die Wohnung perfekt machen. Es gab zum Beispiel keine Weingläser, Flaschenöffner, Schälmesser, dicke Decken (Oktober).

Il piacere di stare insieme

L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato non è stato quello che avevamo scelto perchè a pochi giorni dal nostro arrivo ci è stata segnalata la necessità di un cambio dovuto a problemi tecnici. Naturalmente abbiamo accettato. La nuova sistemazione ci ha garantito spazi sufficienti abbastanza confortevoli. Da segnalare, un impianto elettrico piuttosto fragile (le lampadine si fulminano in continuazione) con interruttori posizionati a caso che rendono avventuroso (ma anche divertente!) capire quale stanza stai per illuminare ogni volta. I bagni necessitano un pò di manutenzione (il classico pignone della doccia che ti abbandona appena provi ad usarlo perchè è rotto il sostegno), il porta rotolo della carta igienica rotto (e non sai dove appoggiare il rotolo), perdite d'acqua in bagno, penuria di attrezzi in cucina (non ci sono coltelli utilizzabili per cucinare!), il wi-fi non funziona esattamente bene. Il soggiorno è stato comunque piacevolissimo per la bellezza di una regione che non ha eguali al mondo!!! Un grazie speciale ad Agnese.

Schönes Appartement zentrumsnah

Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend - das Zentrum von Cannigione ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte sind nur 100 m entfernt. Abends kann man gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen mit Blick auf das Meer. Auch in den Sommermonaten, wo es bestimmt voller ist, ist von Vorteil, dass eigene Pkw-Stellplätze vorhanden sind. Eine kleine Anmerkung an die Vermieter, was eventuell noch verbessert werden könnte: Glas-/Porzellanschüsseln statt nur Plastikschüsseln für Salat. Weingläser für eine gemütliche Flasche Wein am Abend sind leider auch nicht vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen und und rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Come sempre, eccezionale!

Per il secondo anno di seguito abbiamo scelto come destinazione Cannigione, in particolare casa Cobalto. Agnese ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa. Vi hadde flotte dager i Cannigione. Leiligheten er flott og romslig med fin utsikt. Når vi kom var det rent og pent. Vi strevde litt med å kommunisere med Agnese og fikk for lite informasjon om håndtering av søppel. Det kunne også vært litt bedre utstyrt kjøkken med vinglass og boller. Leiligheten bør også ha en Wi-fi konto.

Carino ma con qualche dettaglio da migliorare.

Il nostro lungo soggiorno (8 giorni) ci ha permesso di vivere la casa fino in fondo. A primo impatto l'aspetto è gradevole e abbastanza curato. È provvista di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire per la quotidianità. Nello spirito di poter dare qualche consiglio utile alla proprietà ho alcuni suggerimenti per migliorare il soggiorno degli ospiti: il letto a molle è risultato un po' scomodo alla lunga, l'assenza di Wi-Fi è una seccatura, la gestione della spazzatura un piccolo fastidio. Siamo stati anche un po' sfortunati con il bellissimo terrazzo (secondo me vero pezzo forte della casa) invivibile a causa del pesticida messo dal giardiniere del piano di sotto e la bombola del gas esaurita proprio mentre si cucinava. Cose che possono capitare e che non hanno turbato più di tanto la nostra permanenza. Ottima cosa invece avere il parcheggio privato in piazzola con cancelli, il check-in di Agnese molto carina e disponibile e la vicinanza ai supermercati sempre utili.

Solo una parola... Favoloso!!!

Abbiamo pernottato nell appartamento Cobalto. Davvero molto carino, accogliente e spaziosissimo. Terrazza con vista mare favolosa, ottima per aperitivi post mare e colazioni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Agnese, gentilissima e disponibile per ogni richiesta.Vi consiglio inoltre il ristorante tavola blu in centro, fanno un fritto misto eccezionale, per non parlare delle seadas. Tornerò sicuramente!!!

Fantastic location and quality

Just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, well maintained with a lovely balcony. Air conditioning throughout was a major attraction for us, as many in the area do not offer this.

Appartamento molto ben tenuto, risponde a quanto pubblicizzato.

L'appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato, gli spazi ampi, il terrazzo notevole. Ben climatizzato (non irrilevante), forse andrebbero curate maggiormente le dotazioni per la cucina (ridotte e un po' usurate, non a livello di tutto il resto). Posizione molto interessante specie per chi vuole muoversi per visitare le spiagge della Gallura e della Costa Smeralda (nel raggio di 15 km si trova praticamente di tutto). Anche il paese vale la visita, comprese le spiagge nelle immediate vicinanze. Nel complesso un'ottima soluzione.

Sehr geschmackvolles neuwertiges großzügiges Appartment in einer sehr gepflegten schönen Anlage

Wir waren im September mit 5 Personen in diesem Appartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sehr groß mit schönem Blick. Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen, die Sanitär- und Küchenausstattung war sauber und gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist ganz neuwertig und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es hat wirklich alles gut geklappt! Wir empfehlen diese Anlage sehr gerne weiter! Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir allerdings. Die Nächte im September waren teilweise schon recht kühl und da waren die einfach Laken (wie in Italien üblich) als Bettdecken nicht ausreichend. Eine Wolldecke als Überbett wäre toll gewesen.
