You will appreciate its exceptional location, 5 minutes‘ walk from the beaches and 15 minutes’ walk from the port of Arzon, where you can enjoy the bars and restaurants as well as all the amenities.
Located in a quiet area and with a garden that is not overlooked, this house is sure to charm you.
This charming 70 square metre house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, thanks to its two bedrooms and sofa bed.
It has:
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher).
- Lounge with sofa bed (Emma mattress), coffee table and television.
- Dining area.
- Laundry area with washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs: accessible via a miller's ladder
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140/190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (80/190) and storage space.
- Shower room with toilet.
Outside:
- Fully enclosed 80 m2 garden.
