"Most of the reception or front desk worker very nice and helpful, except one of the lady when we was gonna go down on a G floor to order a dinner. My daughters are going down there first sitting down and asked for menu from a lady, she telling them the menu is the same in the room she didn’t give them a menu so they going up to the room. "

"First and foremost the staff here are phenomenal, very friendly, extremely helpful, they get you good prices on excursions and transportation if needed. The staff got me a good deal on ringside seats to a muay thai fight and a cab cheaper than grab (the local transportation service) to pattaya ( a long haul trip). However beware, if you get one of the large hotel suites (with the kitchenette and washer/dryer in room) it is not in the main hotel but the hotel behind called euro classic Condominium. The building is very old and although the interiors of the suites are charming, the exteriors and hallways of the hotel look a bit rundown"
