시설은 오래되었지만 일본 호텔 답게 매우 청결하게 유지되고 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 겨울이었는데 방이 따뜻하고 냄새 없이 포근해서 무척 기분이 좋았습니다. 구비된 유타카도 청결했고 대욕장과 온천수도 너무 좋았습니다, 식사는 조식만 이용했는데 부페였고 반찬 하나하나가 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 시로가네 온천을 이용한다면 또 방문할 용의가 있습니다.

夕食ブッフェがパワーアップ。白金の隠れた高コスパ温泉。

夕食ブッフェの内容がかなり改善。 アジア圏からの観光客が多いため、質の悪化を恐れていたものの、逆に改善されており◎。 刺身は少ない（いか、サーモンのみ）ものの、肉（牛ステーキ、チキン、豚肉）、魚、野菜も２，３種類ずつ以上網羅されており、ごはんも白飯と炊き込みご飯、汁物もトン汁と手作りミネストローネスープ、手作りカレーもキーマカレーと野菜ゴロゴロカレーなど、ほぼすべて手作り薄味で丁寧に調理されており好感がもてる。

美瑛に来たら、ココを利用しています

温泉があり、素泊まりでの利用が出来るので、美瑛に来たら、ココを利用しています。コストパフォーマンスが良いと感じています。今回は、11月初めで、シーズンオフで、利用者は少なかったですが、地元の方々が泊まられていました。青い池のライトアップにバスで無料送迎していただけました。

ビジネスなのか、リゾートなのか。 トイレとバスが一緒で、尚且つ、一段大きく段を上るため、腰を少し痛めてた私には結構難所でした。 ホテルのバスの便がもっとあると助かります。歩いて行けると書いてある青い池は荷物持っての移動となると、車で来てない者には厳しいです。

環境很棒的飯店，但是當天碰到神經病。有點小聲音就一直敲牆壁，其他間比我們更大聲的旅行團為何不去敲呢？

這次帶一歲四個月的小朋友出門，其實一路狀況都很好，也沒有什麼哭鬧。連搭飛機都被旁邊的人稱讚我們家妹妹很乖都不吵鬧，但是我們還是被隔壁的日本人飯店，要求我們換房間。更過分是日本人一直敲我們牆請我們安靜。是台灣好欺負嗎？同行友人也住隔壁根本就沒有聽到小朋友吵鬧，話說~小朋友難免一定會有點小哭鬧，但是只是短暫都無法體諒一下嗎？

新緑の中の緑色のメルヘン

朝晩の食事の種類が豊富で堪能しました。当初は大食堂で大勢の宿泊客との一緒の食事のため、騒がしく落ちつかない雰囲気と思いましたが、それを上回る食事の量と質でした。魚類も、野菜も飲み物も新鮮で、デザートの種類も十分にありおいしくいただきました。

正面玄関は20~30段の階段。到着時はスタッフの方に4個のうちの2個の荷物の運搬を手伝っていただっけたが、帰りの日は、見て見ぬふりとの印象を受けた。

편안하고 깔끔하고 아주 친절함. 흰수염폭포가 바로 옆이고 청의 호수가 근처라 마음에 들었음. 온천 시설은 세련되지 않으나 편안하게 목욕하기 좋았음

Nice hotel with hot spring & swimming pool

Spent a night in this hotel. Enjoy their open air hot spring. Room itself is a bit dated but quiet. Hotel has a swimming pool too. We didn't have dinner & breakfast in the hotel so can't give any comment. Overall I will recommend this hotel to others.

ホテル到着が夜になってしまい、街からの距離が離れており、ホテルに着くまでの間にホテルの看板等が設置されていなかったので、道中不安だった。

出乎意料

原以為是很老舊飯店，看評價也還好，不太抱期待，但到櫃檯，第一驚豔是櫃檯有會說一點中文的日本人員，親切的幫我們介紹。第二驚豔是沒想到有溫泉可泡，還有戶外湯，可賞雪。第三驚豔，一開房門，看到很大的空間，且感覺溫馨舒適。真的超讚，大推。唯一缺點是暖氣機老舊，沒有溫熱功能的馬桶，冬天上廁所冷冷的。飯店旁邊就是很美的白鬚瀑布，步行2分鐘,超近。

白金溫泉附近似乎沒有太多飯店選擇，此飯店算是當地規模較大的飯店，但陳設都顯得有些老舊，我們晚間在飯店用餐，未滿3歲的小孩還是要收費，但提供的菜色讓我們失望。山區選擇真的不多或許只能接受。

タイトル記載の場所に歩いてでも行けるので車で来ていないが、朝早くや夜遅くに見に行きたい場合にオススメ。 温泉もホテル内にあり、近くに食堂もあるので、一通り揃ってはいる。

相當不錯的觀光飯店

房間很大，衛浴雖然小了點，但來白金就是要泡溫泉阿，直接去溫泉澡堂洗了所以衛浴小也沒差了，但房間沒有空調，泡完湯以後回房間有點悶熱。如果是自駕旅遊，非常推薦這家飯店，白天去完美瑛之後，晚上可以來這邊泡溫泉，隔天早上可以走到旁邊看白鬍子瀑布，然後再開車到望岳台看十勝岳連峰，然後再去富良野，但這裡距離市區很遠，非自駕要來這邊可能不是很方便，飯店周邊只有一家小食堂，晚上七點半就關了，所以晚餐和隔天早餐要怎麼處理要先想好，飯店自助式早餐雖然選項沒有很多樣，但都滿好吃的
