「急遽でしたがとっても良かった！！」

「非常棒的體驗！入住前有一些問題傳訊給飯店，回覆的非常迅速，甚至有一天深夜了都還在回覆，很佩服他們的敬業精神。 這間公寓式酒店沒有電梯，我們行李多，詢問能否給二樓以下的房間，他們迅速回覆會給一樓的，窗戶隔音很好，外面是靜巷也蠻安靜的。 我們三人要住，出發前我發現自己不小心只預定2人，傳訊過去請教如何追加費用，他們也很迅速的傳刷卡連結給我，馬上解決了我的煩惱，而且追加人頭費用很合理實惠。 這間是無櫃檯公寓，採自助checkin，所以行李要下午才能寄放，退房後也無法暫放行李，但入住須知很貼心的提供鄰近的寄物櫃位置和數量。 房間設備齊全，有廚房.洗衣機.冰箱.電視.餐桌.淋浴.浴缸.免治馬桶，床很軟很舒服，離地鐵淺草站出口走路3分鐘。」

「Nice large apartment with everything you could ask for. Was like living in your own home. Was only missing an iron for your clothes but this seems to be the norm for Japan, so bring your own. Communication was excellent and very quick. Lots of convenience stores nearby and a quick walk to the train station,」

「We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....

「Remon House tiene una excelente ubicación, fue muy sencillo hacer el check in, un espacio pequeño pero limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Está a unos pasos del Templo Sensō-ji, disfrutamos mucho pasear por la zona. 」

「Have washing machine, good for gathering but little bit far from station 」

「Good sized studio with everything you would need for a long stay: full kitchen, laundry with drying feature in bathroom. No smart TV though, which seems to be the norm in Japan's hotels, and is kind of surprising being so technologically advanced.」
