Fantastico

Podere da “cartolina”, struttura impeccabile, piscina con vista, pineta ombrosa, spazi comuni di ogni genere... esperienza da ripetere sicuramente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Accoglienza fantastica da parte dei proprietari che ringraziamo per il supporto logistico/culinario! Firmato 10 adulti e 10 bambini molto contenti e rilassati

Magical

The property was perfect. We could not have asked for more wonderful accommodations, and the setting was awesome with the hills of sunflowers making the vistas perfect. But even more important were our hosts who did everything they could to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend Podere Bellaria to anyone who wants a magical experience.

FANTASTIC!

We rented the entire villa for an extended Italian family holiday and everyone was completely amazed by this beautiful property. No one could believe how wonderful this is. From the beautifully decorated and equipped suites to the multiple kitchens and locations to gather, this property exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts were welcoming, responsive to all of our questions and were clearly proud or their villa as they certainly should be. We would highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested.

Wonderful Tuscany Experience!

We had such a wonderful time at Podere Bellaria this year at november. We were a party of 15 people, for a family celebration. The kitchen is fully equipped and for those, like us, who like cooking – is paradise! The property is prepared for group / or families, specially confortable, cozy and beautifully located. Paolo and Giani the owners, were kind and available for trip advise or anything we needed. Everything was perfect. A Really Tuscany experience ! wish return soon..

Amazing owners, gorgeous villa!

We rented the whole villa. Although there was one extra room, it was worth having the entire property to ourselves. The location is terrific. Completely private, but not fat from great places like Siena, San Giamgnano, Cortona, Firenze. So much to see and do, but we did spend alot of time by the in ground pool. All was as it should be. A memorable trip. The price was a bit steep, I'll admit. Enjoy!

Lovely stay in Tuscany

From the moment of our arrival, we were made to feel at home. The property is beautiful and the rooms very charming and comfortable. Recommendations for restaurants, city tours and winery visits were perfect. We look forward to our next visit!

Traumaufenthalt in der Toscana

Wir haben mit 13 Personan eine Woche Urlaub in der Podere Bellaria verbracht. Für unsere 7 Cabrios war ausreichend Parkplatz auf dem riesengroßen, komplett eingezäunten Gelände vorhanden. Das Anwesen hat eine fantastische Lage und entspricht absolut den Fotos auf der Homepage. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer Paolo und Gianni war sehr herzlich. Sie standen jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Ausstattung und Zustand des Objektes sind super und es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden mit Ausnahme der für so viele Personen zu kleinen Kaffeemaschine. Wir waren überwältigt von der Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten und dem riesigen Platzangebot. Dieses gepflegte, luxuriöse Anwesen können wir absolut weiter empfehlen.
