「Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」
