「The room was very noisy due to the central heating phasing in and out all night. Part of the mechanism was immediately behind the headboard and made very loud knocking noises all night.」

「The staff and main building were excellent; however, I was in courtyard in an annex out of shot of lovely sales picture. It was an accessible needs room (I assume due to hotels.com booking) but no cheaper than direct booking. The tv was on a shelf at ceiling height so difficult to watch unless standing. The tap fell off but luckily slotted back on and worked with care. The room door was an internal stable type door so had no insulation or sound proofing meaning people accessing a storage room...

「Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250).
