They literally called our room the first 4 days at like 8:30am asking about room service and then came and knocked on our door with the do not disturb sign on the door. The gym wasn’t open ( a reason I chose there ) and there was constant banging and slamming all hours of the morning. I work for a living, this was a vacation and I wasn’t impressed. And when I brought this to their attention after I booked that hotel about three months in advance, so everything was super expensive around me they basically didn’t care. I may never mentioned a word about the place being completely under construction.

This was the single worst hotel experience ive ever had. Check in went great. The night went smoothly. We were put into a room on the 5th floor which made us happy because nobody would be stomping around above us. Well to our surprise at 7:30am the extremely loud banging noises sound like they’re coming from all around us. We then narrowed down its coming from above us but how. We call the front desk to ask. Turns out they’re doing roof repairs and we were told that they cannot control that. What?? You booked rooms on the 5th floor knowing this was scheduled. We were offered to change rooms but as checkout was only a couple hours away we left. I will be complaining to corporate. And i never leave reviews or make a fuss. This was simply unacceptable.

Construction noises started early in the morning well before check out, loud banging, drilling etc. Ammenities like hot tub and gym were unusable/ under construction. Don’t stay here while they’re doing construction unless you’re not planning to be in your room past 7am or use any of the amenities. 0/5

Every night it smelled like weed. It was so strong we could smell it by the room door, bathroom, and hallways. When having kids, including a 7 month old, was not a good experience.

The hotel is nice, in the process of being remodeled. Courteous staff and the room was very clean. The TV wasn't the best. No info on the channels so you had to go back and forth with the guide. Also no input button, so couldn't stream something from your own device.

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We thought the pool was closed on Friday evening because our key card didn't unlock the door. A young couple with two children told us Saturday morning that guests have to go to the front desk to ask for the door to be unlocked. The hot tub was closed in the pool area. Also, the fitness center was closed as there was brown paper covered on the glass of the fitness center door. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good and there was a lot to choose from.
