Well suited for professionals working at William Harvey Hospital, contractors in Ashford, travellers using Le Shuttle or Dover ferries, and visitors exploring the Kent Downs. Ashford International Station is a 12-minute drive, with high-speed trains to London in around 35 minutes.

The annex includes a double bedroom with quality linen and storage, a cosy living room for relaxing or working, and an ensuite bathroom with a low step-in full bath. Towels, soap and hairdryer are provided. WiFi, TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime included.

A bright private sunroom with garden views includes a kettle, fridge and microwave (no cooking facilities). Toaster and egg cooker on request. As there is no running water, the host may occasionally access the space briefly to replenish essentials.

The sunroom offers green views and a quiet corner to read or enjoy a drink. Equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery, and glassware, it’s perfect for guests not planning to cook. We can also provide a toaster and egg cooker upon request.

The living room is ideal for dining, relaxing, or working. It’s cosy with heating and has French doors that open to garden views, bringing in natural light and seasonal colours.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, minimalist decor, and ample storage.
The ensuite has a low step-in full-length bath for ease and comfort.
