“Friendly staff and clean room”

“Bathroom needed attention. Mold around tub. Could have used more wash cloths and towels. Only two for two people. Door in 130 stuck. Hard to open. Harder to close. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast not so much. Sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes but no eggs. Staff very helpful, cordial and friendly.”

“Hotel needs major updating. 3rd Floor---hallway feels like you might fall through---not sure if the hallway was flooded and the wood is rotting below, but feels very unstable as you walk over, very concerning. You can literally see the unevenness in the floor. Needs a prompt and thorough inspection. Found one small roach in the room on our last day. Walls are thin, can hear the neighboring room. Elevator is a little slow. Gym was out of water, seems dated as well. Front desk staff was very……

“The employee at the front desk looked sleepy and was dressed inappropriately (it looked like she was wearing pajamas). It took a long time for her to give us a room.”

“The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.”

“Nothing good to say. The sink drain was the floor. The head rest looked like someone ate a bullet then they tried to clean it. The pool was a whole ecosystem, no coffee or breakfast. Had to pay $40 for my dog.”

“When I arrived to my room my door was wide open for anybody to walk in there was an old cedar mop bucket in the middle of the floor and and no cedar mop by the bathroom door The toilet did not flush properly The refrigerator freezer was caked full of ice but ice bucket was filthy and the TV remote needed batteries their air conditioning unit had smoke burns all over it and you can see the dust collection in the air filter I was not satisfied at all.
