I gave the local staff a list of comments and expectations: poor pop-up in bathroom sink, poor operating tub spout, disappointing clock with wrong time and cryptic instructions to change time and alarm operation, thin towels, only one chair in room made to commodate four, lack of crab bar to get in and out of tub and shower.
