「Vi kom for en natt og ankom på kveldstid. Vi hadde lagt inn forespørsel om sjøutsikt, og spurte om vi fikk det da vi sjekket inn. Resepsjonisten sa bare at han ikke visste, og gav oss et rom som hovedsaklig hadde utsikt til taket på et bygg ved siden av. Hotellet var langt fra fullt, og slik det ligger til like i sjøkanten hadde jeg egentlig regnet med at den forespørselen var tilnærmet proforma. Litt skuffende. Ellers var hotellet supert på alle vis. Service ved frokost var oppmerksom, hyggelig...

「Wir genossen mit unseren Kindern (17/19) eine Woche in diesem kleinen aber feinen Haus mit schönem Blick auf ein kleines Fjord. Es war sauber geputzt und mit allem Nützlichen eingerichtet. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Stadt Bergen ist 25 Autominuten schnell erreichbar.」
