The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Assérac, approximately 700 metres from the beach. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a garden of around 450 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included. A beautiful 450 m² garden divided into two parts:
- Enclosed garden at the rear of the house measuring 200 m² (east-southeast facing) with a terrace for enjoying sunny days
- Unenclosed garden at the front of the house measuring 250 m² (west-southwest facing)
The house is ideally located in Pont Mahé (commune of Assérac), in a very pleasant environment, surrounded by pine trees and close to the sea.

- The sea is within walking distance (700m) with the beach at Pont Mahé (Natura 200 protected site),
- Countryside nearby with walks on trails around the house,
- Many places to visit in the surrounding area: the Mine d'Or beach in Pénestin, the medieval town of Guérande, La Roche-Bernard, the salt marshes, the Brière nature park, etc.
