Gîte du Mas de Bède - ASSIER

Located in the heart of a small, quiet village, the Mas de Bède has all the character and comfort you are looking for! The interior is nicely furnished and decorated! It even has a functional bread oven inside the kitchen! The exterior is just as pleasant with its beautiful shaded and wooded grounds. Let's not forget its 42 m² terrace for convivial moments with the family as well as its 6 places jaccuzzi! What more could you want for a peaceful and relaxing stay? In Assier, you are close to all amenities (butcher's shop, mini-market, pharmacy, restaurant ...) and not far from the must-see sites such as Rocamadour, Figeac, Gramat, St Cirq Lapopie and many others ...House on two levels. On the ground floor: entrance hall with its washing machine, equipped and integrated kitchen area with its magnificent functional bread oven, living/dining room with sofa, television, hi-fi system, table and chairs with direct access to a 42m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 6-seater jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms with access to the outside (2 double beds, 1 single bed and a baby bed), shower room with toilet On the mezzanine floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed in 160), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating in the whole gite. Wifi access. Unfenced land of 8 700m² with shaded and wooded areas, sunbathing.
