"My room was very clean and comfortable."

"The desk clerk tried to bill me a second time when checking in. Thin walls, 3 tv’s playing loudly until dawn, room smelled strongly of cleaners, doors slamming, drunken arguing in next room and sink backed up. I had pre paid but staff said that the room would be cancelled if I arrived after 3am, when I had phoned from YYZ at 9:30 pm to say my flight was delayed. This caused me a lot of stress. I had a 3 hour drive home in the morning and told them it would put me in danger if I didn’t have this room for sleeping and they relented. I had left instructions on Expedia that I would arrive after midnight. It is by far the most undesirable accommodation I have ever had . I will never stay there again. I’d rather sleep in my vehicle if a choice be made. Thank Goodness I only got there after the bar and casino closed. When I phoned about my delayed flight the background noise was incredible. "
