“The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly ”

Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. ”

“When was the last time the owner picked you up at the train station? And brought you back? Andrea goes so far beyond everything! Casa Maria is comfortable and welcoming. I can only hope that i can get back there! St. Francis lives on in Assisi and Andrea is a good example!”

“The room and breakfast room were wonderful. It was a little annoying that we had to check in and get the keys quite a ways from the bed and breakfast. It would have been nice to make an arrangement to get the key at the room than walk with bag in two different streets. It was a very short walk to the main piazza with a lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. ”
