"3 night stay with a disabled guest and couldn’t recommend enough. The room was clean and air conditioning was great - was powerful and easy to use, also clean ! The bed is soooo comfy ! The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating; we didn’t use the restaurant but it looks nice. The pool was pretty basic, nothing fancy but lovely for a dip and quick swim, although the loungers needed a good scrub. The bathroom needs a little updating; the tiles were clearly old and 1 tile was coming off but again was clean enough and had a stable shower chair is a plus ! The location is great, short drive or bus journey to universal parks, there’s a walgreens and many restaurants within a short walk; a family run Mexican restaurant, Corazon Cocina Mexicana was our favourite. Would definitely stay here again !"

"Beautiful resort lots to do for families the movie in the evening at the beach pool was a hit. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and the terrace available on some is a great addition. Cocktails at the beach pool were excellent however the bartender could work on his service delivery, he was frosty and that’s being polite!"
Universal's Aventura Hotel

"We stayed here for a two day Universal getaway. Very nice hotel! Very clean and well maintained. The shuttle to the park is right outside the lobby and the water taxi is a few minutes walk. The rooftop restaurant was good and averagely priced for a resort area. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again when visiting Universal."
