RELAX and ENJOY! This newly renovated home is a vacation and fisherman's paradise!
Enjoy one of the most spectacular waterfront views in Florida, directly on the St. Johns River, within the Ocala National Forest! Watch the sun rise from your dock. See owls, hummingbirds, deer and manatee in your own back yard. Pristine natural beauty abounds in all directions while you have every amenity in your own private home.

With 270 feet of waterfront, this three-bedroom two bath house is lovely, bright, clean, and ready for the perfect getaway experience. We’re right in the center of an untouched boating, fishing, & swimming paradise.

Just south of Astor, FL, we’re located 30 minutes from Ormond/Daytona Beaches, 60 minutes from Disney/Universal Studios or historic St. Augustine. The house is nicely furnished with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a complete A/V system including satellite TV, DVR, High-speed Wi-fi and computer . You can sleep 6-8 people very comfortably.

Perfect Escape

A friend and I met for a relaxing weekend. The back porch and lounge chairs are perfect for mornings enjoying coffee and the river. The quality of the linens, pillows, and bedding were appreciated. The kitchen was week-equipped and the water pressure was great.

The backyard is the prefect hangout. The view of the river is mesmerizing. Bonfires and wildlife with cozy house makes for such a memorable vacation

Just right river home.

This is a sweet little home on an even sweeter piece of the St Johns River for couples to reconnect or bring their family. The sunrise on the dock with coffee and pastry starts every morning off just right! We love this place!

Beautiful river front

Beautiful river front property. Lots of birds to watch, a gator and manatees swam by! We docked our boat right there and went out for cruises and fishing. Very quiet.

Astor river house

Had a great time at the Astor house on St. John’s river. House had everything we needed. We took the boat out everyday and had a very relaxing vacation. The owner responded to any questions promptly and offered additional suggestions. We hope to stay there again.
