"This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. "Breads, muffins, etc. for breakfast were a little dry. Otherwise, food was fine. Only complaint about the room was that the bathroom sink, although beautiful, was too high for my 5'4" height - kept splashing myself to wash my face."

Ebb Tide Oceanfront Inn

"We had a nice stay at the Ebb Tide. Although things are a bit dated, the room was very clean and large. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We brought our dog and received a “doggy bag” for her with treats. There is a $25 fee for a dog. It was nice to be right on the Promenade with easy access to the beach. Breakfast had choices of hot or cold and even biscuits and gravy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"So first I will always book a room with a private bathroom that is a must for us. This property has both options, rooms with private baths and rooms with communal baths. Property also has a communal kitchen which I think is great. Beautiful historic room with upgraded bathrooms. Surrounded by shops, restraints, and breweries. Fun to get a room with a real key!"

"The river view was nice, and the room was set up in a nice, inviting way. The walls are very thin, and we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us talking and doing other things. No microwave in the room we were in. Close to lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is OK, free parking on the street is just as convenient at the valet parking, the valet parking offers no additional security for your vehicle. Front desk people super nice. Feels weird to walk by people in the restaurant as you to go up the stairs to the rooms. Would prefer more separation between checking in and guests eating at the restaurant. Thanks for the stay, the bed was very comfortable."
