Cuando llegamos no tenían mi reserva registrada, la chica de recepción no dió ninguna solución y no respetaron el precio que aparece en la aplicación de expedia tuvimos que pagar más, después no tenían agua caliente y tardarían en ponerla, por último nuestra ropa de cama estaba sucia, había pelos y polvo, muy desagradable, entra mucha luz y ruido aunque las ventanas estén cerradas junto con las cortinas. En definitiva busquen otro lugar, este está sucio, no cambian la ropa de cama y no tienen agua caliente para bañarse.

Utilidad antes que comodidad
Si solo buscas un lugar para no pasar la noche en la calle es adecuado, sin embargo, si buscas comodidad no es el mejor lugar, la habitación estaba algo sucia, con pelusa y pelos. El baño tenia fuga de agua y las chapas de la puerta no servían. Al quedarme en habitacion sencilla me dijeron que no me podian dar sabanas extra cuando fuí a pedir (si eres friolento la pasarás mal). Tiene agua caliente pero tienes que bajar a pedirla. Cama cómoda y atención rapida del pesonal a cargo
