"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. If you’re room is on the first floor you can hear the people in the room above. Not just the sound of them walking around, but talking too. Very poor sound proofing between floors. "

"The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience."
