"One of our favorite places to stay. Beds could use some updating but the jacuzzis and the pool it’s awesome. There’s also a restaurant on property that’s great but they don’t serve alcohol anymore :( anyway super fun place to stay! They even have a waffle maker lol"

"I loved this place! It was well-designed and clean, very close to the Berkeley Springs State Park. The host was friendly and helpful finding where to buy what I needed. He was also very relaxed about clean-up when leaving. Deli below the room was friendly and had good food, very convenient. All in all, a great stay."

"We were thrilled to find this lovely bungalow for visiting family in the area. The house was so beautiful I wanted to buy it! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The yard was fenced in, so our small dog was very safe when toileting. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with dishes, towels, etc. The front porch was really huge! I’m sorry we weren’t there long enough to jump in the hot tub! Very relaxing and I strongly recommend! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this lovely home!"

"We were two parents, two grandparents and two children (10 and 18) visiting some family who live in Berkeley Springs. This was the perfect place to keep our diverse age group crew happy and entertained for a holiday weekend. Each of the four upstairs bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, which makes it ideal and then the top floor with all the bunkbeds and kids games was awesome and kid friendly for sure. But that’s not all! the super cool air-conditioned garage made into a game room (arcade, foosball, basketball etc) provided hours of entertainment for the younger set. While also the downstairs Stonewalled speakeasy provided a great place for anyone who wanted to hang out after dinner and provided space for some nice father -son blackjack lessons to happen there too. The kitchen was great and well stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery!!) and a dining table comfortably sat 8 of us. every little detail was handled beautifully by our hosts. We’d love to stay here again."
