I've stayed here twice and it's a good value and great location near state park, restaurants and near enough to Road Atlanta for race weekends.

We were in Winder to visit our daughter . Since she has roommates, it was nice to come back to our unit to visit together. The init was nice and comfy. Good location

Townhouse was in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing rooms. Everything needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would reccommend it highly if you are in the Winder area.

Lovely stay

My family and I went to visit my in laws in Georgia which was 7 minutes away from this villa. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. One of many wonderful things about my stay was waking up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee on the master bedroom's balcony while hearing a rooster crowing in the distance. We also enjoyed how spacious it is and well maintained.

Unsafe and dirty

There was no fire extinguisher, and there was a fire on the neighboring property. There was hair on the floor in both bathrooms. The stove, fry pan, coffee pot, knives and some silverware were dirty. There was no pot large enough to cook pasta, no mixer, and limited other kitchen utensils.
