A oasis of tranquil spaces in the garden with large swimming pool, two barbecues and a fire pit. Elegant spaces to enjoy the Greek sun and moonlight. All the conveniences of home .Great fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining space. Short drive to the port of Rafina, Nea Makri and airport. A short 15 minute drive to metro for easy access to downtown Athens. Ten minutes to Smart park outdoor shopping mall, cinema, cafes and restaurants . Attika zoological park and water slides also nearby.20 minute drive to Kifisia in north of Athens.
All bedrooms have roll shutters for a great nights sleep and premium linens.The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Spacious room that can also accommodate a crib.
Family friendly for little ones including a high chair and playpen. This property is truly a calm space away from the hustle and bustle of Athens.

Feels like home!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible villa for my son’s wedding weekend, and I truly cannot say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, Kosta and Erietta made us feel like family. Their hospitality was genuine and above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.The villa itself is flawless—immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly imagine. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it felt like a true home away from home.Kosta and Erietta went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, and their kindness and warmth made such a special weekend even more meaningful. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, and one we will never forget.We will absolutely be back. Thank you for everything!
