We arrived and discovered that I had booked an apartment suite. Of course the hotel was full. There was an issue with our apartment and was able to be moved to another room. I absolutely did not expect and of the money we paid for the apartment to refunded because we were now in a regular room, but it would have been nice to be offered. The staff at the reception and eatery were wonderful. The food was good as well.
