This property is close to everything. Everything is 10 minutes or less from here.

It was ok but it took some time to get the internet working. The water cut off on me for an hour. Other than that it was alright. I enjoyed myself. We didn't have any trouble with the staff.

Convenient location, serviceable

We only stayed one night at this property as a last minute getaway while conducting some business in Atl. The check in process was pretty rigid. I’ve rented plenty of times with other competitor operations and never had this much of a process renting. All transactions other than booking were outside the app. I was asked to send a photo of my id, which I’ve never been required to do before. Being new to Vrbo, perhaps that is typical, however not user friendly. The property itself was nice enough. It was clean and serviceable.

STAY AWAY!

My overall experience was HORRIFIC. From the very moment we stepped on the property. Our original unit was GROSS ( hair on beds stains of couch the refrigerator was broken dirty floor) The host switched us to another unit in the same complex and it was just as gross. (Stains and hair on beds) I then contacted the host to inform her of these issues she contacted me back 13 hours later to inform me that someone would be coming to clean the room. Hospitality came and changed the sheets. Fast forward we left out to get food we come back to a ROACH. I would assume to believe the entire complex is infested. We immediately left the unit and informed the host. She informed me that she could only refund me for 2/3 of my nights. Which is ridiculous because I have been inconvenienced from the very second I stepped on the property. I do not recommend this property great location terrible everything else.

It was okay

The building the property is in was very old and not the cleanest . The room it’s self was okay at first until a day later we found a roach in the bathroom . It said it sleeps 5 but it only had the two queen beds and the couch wasn’t a pull out couch .

Great little place

Great place to stay for dragon con. Within walking distance of everything downtown but much quieter than the hotels. Large space and kitchen is definitely functional for cooking. Only mild issue is it smells very slightly like cigarette smoke, but not enough to do much other than notice it. But, if you’re super sensitive it may be an issue.
