"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"The hotel is located on a steep hill, it is better to call the hotel to pick you up at the station. We thought it’s very close from the bus station, so we walked to hotel with 4 luggages. It’s exhausting. After we checked out, we asked for a ride to the bus station, and the driver dropped us off directly."
