"Enjoyed the onsens so much here. The restaurant service was great, food was great and the staff were so friendly with our little boy.(thank you for your patience and smile!) The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing. Great experience. "
