Great cottage

Cottage was great. My family stayed there for four months after a house fire. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The check in process was simple and easy.

Cozy and Comfortable

The home was newly updated and exceptionally clean. The property manager went over and beyond to accomadate us a day early due to a snow/ice storm coming in on check-in day. I will admit, I was a bit turned off at first at the thought of a property management company, as it seemed a bit unpersonable (we were used to home owner encounters with previous rentals), but the communication was excellent and the property manager himself reached out to us. We were thrilled with our stay and would stay here again when visiting the area.

The property is advertised as a “ quiet retreat”, however it is located right on a very busy road. Constant flow of traffic during day and all through the night. There was a lot of road noise heard in both bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable at all to us. We had to sleep in the second bedroom. Communication from the management company was good and they were very responsive in bringing by a toaster, as there was not one in the home.
