Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Decatur! This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable space, perfect for business travelers, couples, or small groups visiting Atlanta. Thoughtfully furnished with a luxurious King bed, a Queen sofa bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and streaming TV (including Peacock, Pluto TV, and LiveNow), you’ll feel right at home.
This unit provides easy access to all major attractions while offering the serenity of a residential neighborhood.

- No Check-in or check-out on Christmas Day or New year day.

- PRE-AUTHORIZATION: Reservations require a $150 security deposit. Once your booking is confirmed we'll send you the security deposit request via the VRBO resolution center. Please note that a pre-authorization will be collected before check-in which shall be fully returned upon check-out unless there is significant damage to the unit.

- The parking area ground is not Concrete. It has a rough patch but still you can park your 1 vehicle. The parking ground work is under progress.
