HOUSE RULES
• Guest Requirements: A minimum of three positive reviews is required to book. By completing your reservation, you authorize the host to conduct a full background check. If the results do not meet our criteria, your booking may be canceled.
• No unauthorized overnight guests. Any unapproved overnight guests will result in immediate disconnection of utilities. No exceptions.
• No parties or large gatherings.
• No outdoor gatherings past 10 PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, to maintain a clean an allergy-free space for all guests, we do not accept cats. Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bringing an unregistered pet or cat will result in a $1000 penalty. Please confirm if you’re traveling with a pet and update your reservation accordingly.
