Perfect Stay
I enjoyed my stay. The check in process was simple, parking was a breeze and we had everything we needed. The foosball table was an added touch as it created a challenge amongst my group, being that it was most our first time playing. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The location fit perfectly for everywhere we went. I would stay here again.

Location

This 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. And had a parking area in the back. Easy access and quiet neighborhood. We had a shared laundry and a foosball game in the living area. Fast response to any questions we had. Clean house as well. I will be booking again

The property was just as advertised. It was in a good location. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. The only negative thing I would say, is that they could have chairs that were more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Tape on the Couch
The host, Shannon, was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the place could use some updating. The living room, in particular, needs a new couch since it's not ideal for it to have tape on it. Additionally, the appliances are outdated and could use modernizing. The front steps appear to be unstable and could pose a safety risk. Despite these issues, the check-in process was excellent, and the hosts were very accommodating.

Was a great little place tucked away. We had no security issues of any kind even with an increasing amount of homeless (per our Uber driver) just down the road. We did see a few but not an abundance. Place was well stocked for what we needed. Mattresses could be upgraded as they are a bit hard for our liking and noisy when turning over but that is just mild issue for us and our 2 nights there. Overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again.

Renter is kind but area is BAD
Looking at the pictures online the inside is nice and clean, the foosball table was the best part for the family. The bed in the first room though was terrible. It squeaked at every move and sunk in the middle. My back was hurting so bad after just attempting to sleep on it. I was up all night and got no more then 2 hours sleep. We ended up leaving early the next day because the area is so ROUGH, with 2 young kids we didn’t want to be there any longer then next. Every place but the one we stayed in had bars on the windows. The neighborhood should be described in the description. Had we not just drove 12 hours we wouldn’t have stops.

Glad you found our place as described and nice and clean! Sorry you didn't like the neighborhood. We haven't had any problems at all since we started hosting in 2017, and have described the neighborhood accurately in the listing (and there are no bars on the homes in our area). It is an up-and-coming neighborhood and we hope all guests make sure the area works for them before booking. Unfortunately only you are able to determine your comfort level with urban areas, but you can be assured the area is safe. When you let us know the bed was uncomfortable, we immediately sent our handyman out, and he determined that it had been broken by your group, which is probably why it was uncomfortable. He was able to fix it, and we did not assess any kind of charge to you as a courtesy because we assumed it was an accident. Again sorry to hear you did not enjoy our place and thank you for the feedback, it is what makes us better! We hope you'll give us another try in the future.

Quick Trip Nice Fit
My family and I were In town for AAU basketball events the week of the 4th. Booking accommodations at the last minute was challenging and expensive. I found this property on VRBO VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE! The place was very clean , modern and neat as well as safe. The main attraction? If you have teens is the game table. Let’s talk about the host! Very connected and engaging to ensure we had a seamless process checking in and out. I appreciate how hospitable and professional the property management was. If you’re in the area and need accommodations I highly recommend this property. Soon as you open the door everything is right there.

Perfect and amazing!
Owners communicated before, during, and after our stay! We were offered early check in and late checkout which was very convenient for us! House is exactly as described. Clean and a safe neighborhood! Lots of recommendations for food and sights. Bed was comfy, (we’ve never slept any better anywhere else!). 3 things we absolutely LOVED about the house……comfy bed, amazing shower head, and the relaxing leather couches! Beautiful Home in the Wrong area “For Me”
Shannon property is just as described however I think more need to be said about the area that it is in. If one is not familiar with the ATL the inside could fool you (No fault of the host) When we arrived it was late so it was dark out so we had a slight problem finding the driveway. We drove around the block thinking it was a alleyway to get in, once we returned back to the front we noticed it, by then we was already concerned about the neighborhood. Trash was all over the place about 2-3 house down, people was standing around. We sat in the car for a while trying to figure out where to go before we decide to enter the property because it did t appear to be a safe place to stay. Once entering the home, it was pleasantly decorated as pictured, game machine is a bit out of place but a great piece of equipment for those who like playing games. I contacted my niece who found us a hotel in a much nicer and safe neighborhood (right across from the mall) The host did send a message the next morning to see how our 1st night stay went and I explained to her that we did not stay because we did not feel it was a safe neighborhood and trash was everywhere. She did explain that due to it being in a urban area those conditions are somewhat normal and I totally understand. She also assured us that it was a safe neighborhood and to give it a try. After talking to my niece and aunt and my sister and law they thought it would be best that we stayed at the hotel or lodge with them. We chose the hotel as it was close to everything. I give it 5 stars other than the location and that is my personal preference. Maybe a younger crowd wouldn’t have a problem but for me it was more about my peace of mind. If it was in a better neighborhood for me it would have been worth every penny. ***Bathroom shower was absolutely beautiful.***

Me and my guest had such a great time at this property. It was so beautiful and well kept. Living room has nice skylight, foosball table, smart tv. Even a laundry room available. The location is also convenient with stores within walking distances for groceries and cvs. Downtown just minutes from the house. Everything was so convenient and I will definitely return to book here. Wow it was great

Nice property close to downtown
All went well. Communication was prompt and clear. Visiting for a concert at Benz and Aquarium. Close enough and decent neighborhood. Beds a bit uncomfortable. Share driveway parking with other duplex occupants. Overall good deal for the cost.

Good for the price
Location was great and it was close to everything. Clean and updated. Liked that there was a security alarm feature. Beds were not very comfortable and linens did not smell plesent. 1 small bathroom and 1 TV to share may be challending for larger families or two couples. All in all for the value it worked out well for a quick stay.

The home was comfortable, and the location was close to every place on my list to visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots, dishes and even some seasoning. The grocery store is a short walk away.

AMAZING!!!
Okay so first off the owners are super nice and VERY responsive!! Anytime we had to text them, they text us straight back! Also, if you’re not from this area then don’t let the neighborhood fool you! It was a quiet neighborhood and people were friendly! The place we stayed looked just like it did on the website! They have towels, silverware, cookware, 2 closets with some hangers, and some drawers for your things, etc. When we were there we set the air down some and it was perfect!!! We just moved it back up when we left. It was close to the places that we were visiting and didn’t have to drive far out. The only downfall I would say, is literally one thing, that there isn’t a place to hold on to or out your washcloths on in the shower. Seriously that was the ONLY thing I could find! Everything was great and totally worth the stay! Thank you owners for being AWESOME! Y’all have a nice place!!!

Loved!!!
The property was clean, easy check-in. The place is fully stocked with dishes, laundry and cleaning supplies, even things like coffee, flour, condiments and paper goods. I love how conveniently located it was to places I wanted to visit. I found a lot of good food in the area. Lots of Black owned restaurants nearby. I will definitely rent again when I’m the Atlanta area!
