We had minor issues, one being the delayed communication on the front end. It took hours for a representative to respond to me when requesting for early check in. We are use to a response within at least 20 minutes. Once we finally got checked in the communication was better.
The profile also says the house sleeps 9. I’d say 8 comfortably unless you’re traveling with mostly little ones.
We could’ve used more linens also. Luckily we brought an air mattress because we were concerned there wouldn’t be enough bed space. There werent any extra bed sheets in the house. Just enough for each bed. Another thing we are use to when staying in a VRBO.
The area is sketchy also. It’s is not the best area of Atlanta at all but we didn’t have any safety issues.
Other than that the house was nicely renovated. The backyard is private and we enjoyed the basketball goal. Be careful not to let the ball go over the gate. It would be good to have wood in the winter for a bonfire. That would’ve been lovely. I definitely recommend this house. Just pack your patience and awareness. And bring your own extra linens
