Best location and plenty of room!

The owners are so easy to communicate with. Helped in any way I needed. The location is great.. easy access to the beach and a pool that is plenty big and not crowded. They have a fully stocked unit with anything you could need.. even beach chairs! Highly recommend

Wonderful unit with great hosts. Everything we needed was included.

The complex is an older but very well maintained property. Most of the residents and other guests we encountered were families, and the property was very quiet and safe. Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, parks and historic Morehead City/ Beaufort. The beach is also family oriented and not overcrowded. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape.

Great location, excellent property owners

Our family enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the right size to hold all six (plus a toddler) of my family members. The location was great as we wanted quick access to the beach and pool. The owners included little things like a small welcome basket and a "just in case your forgot something" kit. There was also a first aid kit which fortunately was not needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The little touches and the nicely supplied unit made our vacation very easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place that is close to whatever your may be looking for as a quiet, relaxing vacation spot.

Great Experience

We had a great time! The place was well-appointed, with little extra touches like snacks, bottled water, and toiletries. Instructions on everything you could need were available. The place was in great shape. Neighbors were very friendly Highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place and Hosts!

This was our 2nd year with Scott & Jean, and we had a great visit, like we did last year. They go above and beyond in making their guests feel welcome, including extra touches like items you may have forgotten, and a variety of snacks and bottled water. They get back to you quickly, if you have any questions. We will be back again!!

Fantastic!

We just completed a 4 night stay! Everything was wonderful. Condo was clean and well stocked! There was a wonderful goody basket and toiletries available if something was forgotten. It was a very convenient location. My 2 yearly old grandson very much enjoyed the kiddie pool! Everything was perfect!

Great place to stay

We stayed here last year too. Very roomy and we love the extra half bath. The only thing is the stairs you have to take to get to the beach. They do provide a lot of things you need. I would recommend this to anyone.

Vacation with the family

The condo was great, it was everything we expected and More! Great location on the beach with a short walk over private boardwalk. Then a pool for each made like it was a private pool. Never more the 4 others there,most time we had the pool all to our family alone. The pictures did not do the condo justice it brighter and bigger then it appeared in the pictures. Close to food stores and good restaurants. Great time our Grand daughter can’t wait to go back to “her”beach house!

The perfect family getaway

I hesitate to write a raving review because I want this place to be kept a secret! We were very pleasantly surprised by the condo amenities and accommodations! The condo was clean, well stocked and even had welcome snacks and a basket of “in case you forgot something “. It was a little tricky to find the stairs and elevators, I suggest adding some pictures of where it is for future renters. The owners were very kind and quick to respond with all of my questions. The beach is literally less than a minute walk and the pool is right there too! We plan on coming again next year! Thank you!

Perfect Mommy & Me Getaway

My 3 year old daughter and I had an amazing 5 night stay. The condo was beyond clean and well stocked. The greeting basket with snacks made my daughter's face light up. She went right for the rainbow goldfish. There were extra toiletries in case you forgot something, which I thought was an amazing added touch. You can tell Jean and Scott genuinely want you to have an amazing time,and it did not disappoint. My only warning is the use of a beach cart or wagon is not really practical unless you have 2 people to help carry it up and down the beach access stairs. We adjusted, and I was still able to carry everything we needed to spend a few hours on the beach each day. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We really liked this property! There are 3 bedrooms and the extra half bath really comes in handy. Everything is clean, decorated nice and they have everything you need for your stay. I hope we can rent this property again.

We stayed here for our beach vacation and had a great stay! Everything was clean, and our hosts even supplied us with snacks and water. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Our kids are asking to stay at the same place again the next time we go to the beach!

Excellent location

I experienced no difficulties renting this property. I was pleasantly surprised at the thoughtful amenities such as sufficient amount of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, napkins, soap, garbage bags, and even aloe lotion in case of sunburn. There was ample seating inside and outside the condo and every kitchen appliance/utensil. The only negatives were the twin bedroom was hot and there was no place to put food except on the counter. I would rent this condo again.

Great location for Family

The location was great. It was probably the cleanest property we have stayed at in awhile. They left some treats and snacks for our kids which was very sweet. It was easy access to the beach. The layout was great for all my sister and my kids. The bed in the master would probably be only negative. It was very uncomfortable for my sister. I think just older and broken down. But over all it was a great stay.
