"I am disabled & hav a service dog...there are alot of great employees that are caring, that make me feel appreciated & that go out of their way to help in anyway possible! Barbie, Lala, Samara, Dena & Maria are all amazing people that go above & beyond for whatever the guests need! Not all motels or less expensive places are like that! I need hot water every day & these ladies would take my thermos & make me a pot of hot water & bring it back to me full & with a smile!! It doesn't get better than that!! Thank you for being soo kind & making me feel welcome ladies!! ❤️ I just recommend you avoid going to the office late at night or when this other very angry person is working...I think their name is Taji or Taj...fairly short black hair with some tiny braids...she is african american...I think she just hates her job or something...I have tried several times to ask for things or to get hot water for my breathing machine but she just yelled at me every time I have gone to the office while she is supposedly working...she yelled at me for asking for hot water & for towels which one of the other workers had told me to check back later at 9:45pm because they were drying...but when I went back to pick up the hot water the other worker made for me 30 minutes earlier & said to check back when I came to pick up the water..the towels should be done then but Taji freaked out on me for asking for either thing just because she was counting the till! I had no way of knowing so just avoid h"

"I am usually a very picky traveler and I inspect hotel rooms thoroughly I usually find something I don’t like or an odor I don’t like or something doesn’t feel right and I ask for another room. 90% of the time - This hotel stumped me - I couldn’t find a single thing wrong’ impeccably clean- everything from lobby to room was clean and shiny - even the elevator! Nice clean gym and pool area. The rooms and bathrooms were large - kitchen with two stove burners and full size refrigerator plus a very high quality microwave !I love that they don’t have carpet in both the room and the living room - Carpets are rarely clean. It is located in a Very quiet area of town. We were visiting our son who lives in Vero Beach. I hope the hotel reads my report card for them ! "

"Check in was a breeze with great customer service. Property is clean, coffee machine in the lobby made delicious coffe (various flavors all at no cost). The food at the various restaurants is all very tasty and fresh. Nightly entertainment and happy hour also a plus. In addition, you can rent bikes or kayaks and you get a discount for being a guest. We did the kayaks at 10am for a 2 hour tour and the family had a great time. Watching the sunrise was also stunning. Highly reccomend it, and we will be back in the future"
