in living room and a flat screen tv in master. Couches convert to beds that can accommodate 2 adults for a total of 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.the kitchen comes fully stocked with over range microwave, Keurig, blender, toaster and utensils. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers on site.

Important Notes:
• Sheets, blankets, towels, and beach tags are NOT provided (pillows are provided). Guests may bring their own linens or rent from a local company (discount code available). Beach tags can be purchased online or on the boardwalk.

• Non-smoking building. Must be 21+ to rent. No events or high-school senior-week rentals.

• Great for large or extended families—multiple units in the building can be rented for shared + private space.
